iReportSource is a Safety Management Software. The Safety Audit feature lets users help to acknowledge and mitigate risk by regularly assessing various areas. Users are able to create custom safety audits, assign them to users, complete them, and review the results. While completing users are able to mark items quickly as safe, unsafe, or not applicable, and once completed their supervisors are given the option for high-level and in-depth review.
